Nomination for the MAMA Awards 2020: 2020 is slowly coming to an end and everyone wants to finish strong. Although the pandemic hit us really hard, the music industry has received some very nice music releases. Artists from all over Africa created and released amazing music, although tours were restricted.

The MTV Africa Music Awards aims to celebrate some of the greatest artists of the year who have made the most impact. Some of the nominees for the awards have been announced and they look pretty good. This year, the award ceremony will take place on February 20, 2021 in Kampala, Uganda. You can look forward to it.

The Nigerian Afro beats the star, Tiwa Savage seems to be the only woman who is in the category “Artist of the Year”. She faces Grammy-nominated Burna Boy, Calema, Diamond Platnumz, Master KG, Davido and Wizkid. Mzansi-Stars, Kabza De Small, Busiswa, Sho Madjozi, Focalistic, Elaine and others also nod.
